Replace remote batteries every 6 months (if applicable) to avoid interruptions and ensure consistent performance.

Gas Key On

Keep the gas key on. Avoid turning it on and off manually to prevent potential issues.

Monthly Use

Turn on your fireplace at least once a month to keep components active and functioning properly.

Leave It As Designed

Do not adjust log sets or media placement. Altering these can affect performance and may void your warranty.
