How do I choose the electric fireplace I want?

Can I see the fireplaces in person before buying?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. Fireplaces can look very different in person than they do in photos. We have two showroom locations in Phoenix where you can see many of our electric fireplaces on display and get guidance from our team.
Do I still need an electrician or contractor?
Possibly. If your project requires electrical work, framing, or drywall, that should be handled by your contractor or electrician. Our team focuses on delivering, installing, and setting up the fireplace itself so it’s ready to use.

What does the free installation include?
Our professional installation includes:

Every qualifying installation includes one year of free labor service support. If something ever comes up, you won’t have to search for a technician, just contact our team and we’ll help.
